If household cleaning is included in your NDIS plan under Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life), your cleaning can typically be funded rather than paid out of pocket — whether you're plan-managed, self-managed or NDIA-managed. The same applies if you're a DVA Gold Card holder, or an eligible White Card holder accessing the Veterans' Home Care or Community Nursing program. We work directly with participants, support coordinators, plan managers and DVA case managers to confirm exactly what's covered before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

- 4Wherever possible, the same police-checked cleaner visits every time, so you're never re-explaining your home and your needs to someone new.
